SMDC

Structural Monitoring Display and Control

SMDC is the heart of the Terrascience Structural Monitoring system, a suite of monitoring and analysis tools. SMDC is a graphical representation of the entire  providing a management-level display of the monitoring system layout and status.

 RemoteControl
A PC-based GUI for configuring TSMR units and retrieving event files.

 HealthMonitor
Maintains a watch over the acquisition units themselves, keeping system administrators up-to-date on the condition of the system and warning of potential faults or non seismic conditions that may need operator attention.

 Voting
Unifies various acquisition units into a cohesive whole with system-wide event triggering at microsecond timing and automated event file gathering.
